GET THE LOOK: ULLA JOHNSON AT NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

Repost Blog by Tata Harper Team

We’re big fans of Ulla Johnson here at Tata Harper Skincare, and we were so excited to work with her again to get her models runway-ready for her Spring/Summer collection. Ulla wanted a very natural, minimal beauty look to complement her light and feminine collection, which meant glowing, healthy skin was key.

That being said, Fashion Week is hectic! Backstage is incredibly busy, and tired models are often rushing from other shows with makeup already on their faces. Tata’s simple regimen was easy to execute in a time crunch and helped each model look naturally radiant before hitting the runway. Best of all, it’s easy for anyone to do at home.

GET THE LOOK:

  1. Cleanse. Tata recommended a double cleanse for a clean slate. We started with Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser to dry skin to remove any makeup residue, rinsed and patted dry. To make skin look and feel super fresh, we then massaged Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser to dry skin, rinsed, and patted dry.
  2. Prep. Next, spray on our moisturizing Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence to prep the skin and boost its natural hydration, which is essential for a glowing skin. We love this product – and so do makeup artists! It’s our most popular product during Fashion Week.
  3. Hydrate. We want to make skin glow – not from makeup, but from super-hydrated skin that reflects light naturally. To do so, massage Tata Harper Crème Riche, our richest moisturizer ever, into face and neck. (Creme Riche will be soon available at Lynn's Apothecary. For an alternative try Tata Harper Illuminating Moisturizer with diamond dust)
  4. Finally, add a little white eyeliner on the bottom lash line for an understated graphic touch inspired by the runway.

So effortless and carefree. We love it! Have an extra-chic Fashion Week, everyone!
