Clay masks draw out excess oils and leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed. You can use a clay mask once or twice a week.  Creams and gels contain ingredients that gently remove dead cells and stimulate new cell growth. You can use them daily or as needed. If you have very sensitive skin, you should avoid using any products with alcohol or harsh chemicals.
